設(shè)備主要特點(diǎn)main feature

Ø 整機(jī)操作采用觸摸屏操作，生產(chǎn)速度、班產(chǎn)量計(jì)數(shù)、故障類別等均可顯示在屏幕上。并可自動(dòng)統(tǒng)計(jì)故障發(fā)生時(shí)間、故障類別等信息，實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)對(duì)話；

It is operated by touch screen, the product speed, class output quantity, fault type are showed on the screen. It also could account fault happening time, fault class and so on. It could realize H-M communication.

Ø 特殊設(shè)計(jì)的二次吹氣系統(tǒng)，確保瓶子成型質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，達(dá)到客戶相應(yīng)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

Special second air blowing system could be grantee the quality of bottle in order to catch up to the customer’s requirement.

Ø 加熱器采用七段式紅外線調(diào)溫控制，數(shù)字式自動(dòng)穩(wěn)壓調(diào)溫系統(tǒng)；

Heater is used to seven steps infrared ray temperature controller. It is automatically adjust temperature.

Ø 可根據(jù)用戶不同瓶坯設(shè)定相應(yīng)的加熱溫度，另包含有吹制各種瓶形所需的軟件包；

According to different perform, the temperature would be set, also it contains software bag for all kinds of bottle.

Ø 配備全自動(dòng)理坯機(jī)及瓶坯提升機(jī)；

It has automatic perform unscrambler and perform elevator.
