污泥脫水機（轉鼓脫水機）工藝流程
1. 重力脫水區(qū)：物料進入料箱，經(jīng)過料箱的折流除砂后均勻的布在重力脫水區(qū)的網(wǎng)帶上，依靠重力的作用，脫出介質中的游離水。
2. 楔形脫水區(qū)：物料進入楔形脫水區(qū)后，經(jīng)過該段輕微的擠壓脫水，使介質的流動性*喪失，從而保證物料進入回旋脫水區(qū)是不會被壓潰，重力脫水區(qū)及楔形脫水區(qū)的網(wǎng)帶依靠脫水板或導網(wǎng)輥支撐。通過該區(qū)段時兩側用封漿器防止?jié){料的流失。
3. 回旋脫水區(qū)：該區(qū)段主要依靠上下網(wǎng)帶重合，中間夾住介質，通過網(wǎng)帶的張力和網(wǎng)帶繞回輥產(chǎn)生的擠壓力，擠出水分。
4. 壓榨脫水區(qū)：該區(qū)段采用對輥偏心擠壓的方法，使局部產(chǎn)生高壓，從而提高介質濃度，完成固液分離。加壓方式一般為氣動加壓。
