清洗分為三段*段為熱堿水，第二段為熱清水，第三段為自來水。三段噴淋水除第三段自來水外都有獨立循環(huán)過濾水箱，第三段自來水作為補充水回收至第二段水箱加熱使用過后部分污水被自動排出。第二水箱內(nèi)設(shè)有蒸汽加熱管，溫度從常溫至100°C自由設(shè)定、自動恒溫。
 
*段水泵功率0.75KW，第二段水泵功率4.5KW，第三段水泵功率1.5KW，輸送帶電機。功率0.75KW，輸送速度3-15m/min可調(diào)。清洗室兩側(cè)為活動防水門，兩頭進去筐口采用軟門簾密閉防水，方便隨時清洗檢修設(shè)備。設(shè)備電控箱為不銹鋼制作，所有動力集中控制。
 
機器的長度根據(jù)客戶的需求定做，我們建議的zui短長度為3米，如果太短洗滌效果會受影響，
