工作原理

粉體物料與粘合劑在圓筒（錐形）形容其中，由底部混合漿充分混合成濕潤軟件，然后由側置的高速粉碎漿切割成均勻的濕顆粒。

Powder raw material and adhesive are mixed to moisture soft material through mixing oar at the bottom of the cylinder（cone） container. Then cut it to become uniform damp granule through high speed crushing oar installed at the side.

特點

本機采用臥式圓筒構造，結構合理。

充氣密封驅動軸、清洗時可切換成水。

流態(tài)化造粒、成粒近似球形，流動性好。

較傳統(tǒng)工藝減少25%粘合劑，干燥時間縮短。

每批次干混2分鐘，造粒1-4分鐘，工效比傳統(tǒng)工藝提高4-5倍。

在同一封閉容器內(nèi)完成，干濕-濕混-制粒，工藝縮減，符合GMP規(guī)范。

整個操作具有嚴格的安全保護措施。

The machine adapts horizontal cylinder structure. Its structure is reasonable.

Adapt driving shaft through filled air sealing. When clean, it can turn to water.

Granulating in liquefied-state.Its fluidity is good.

Compared with traditional process,25% of adhesive can be saved and the drying time an be shorted too.

The dry mixing time will be 2,minutes and the granulating time will be 1-4 minutes. Compared with traditional process, its working efficency will raise 4-5 times.

The procedures of dry mixing- granulating can be finished in the same sealed container. Its procedure is shorted. It  is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
