概 述Overview
間歇式熱風(fēng)循環(huán)單層烘干機是我廠專為香瓜子（焦糖）、花生、樹堅果等需要較長烘干時間的堅果、瓜子而設(shè)計的。該烘干機為間歇式烘干，采用熱風(fēng)循環(huán)單層結(jié)構(gòu)，的推拉式熱風(fēng)循環(huán)利用系統(tǒng)，具有節(jié)能降耗、熱交換率高、干燥快、脫水均勻、烘干時間及溫度可控范圍大、潮氣集中排放、有效改善工作環(huán)境的優(yōu)點。
The intermittent hot air circulation single-layer dryer (patented product) is designed by our factory for salted sunflower seeds (caramel), peanuts, tree nuts and other nuts and seeds with a long drying time. The dryer is intermittent drying, adopts a single layer structure of hot air circulation, and a unique push-pull hot air circulation utilization system. With energy saving, high heat exchange rate, fast drying, uniform dehydration, drying time and temperature a large controllable range, the concentrative discharge moisture, improve the working environment of advantages.
主要特點Main features
1、熱風(fēng)循環(huán)利用。將烘干過程中產(chǎn)生的約50℃-80℃的熱空氣進行再次加熱干燥，循環(huán)利用，熱風(fēng)加熱到90℃只需要加熱10℃-40℃，溫升差小，因此能耗低，要比普通烘干機節(jié)能很多，并且不受環(huán)境因素影響；

4、安全聯(lián)鎖裝置。燃氣低壓聯(lián)鎖、高溫保護聯(lián)鎖、火焰檢測等安全聯(lián)鎖裝置，使設(shè)備運行更加安全可靠，尾氣排放更潔凈。

烘干時間、溫度由客戶根據(jù)不同的工藝，品種自行設(shè)定，調(diào)整。
