懸浮液從進(jìn)料管經(jīng)布料體分配進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，較大比重的固相顆粒在離心力場(chǎng)的作用下，加速沉降至轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上。沉降的固相在螺旋輸送器葉片的推動(dòng)下，從沉降區(qū)(圓柱轉(zhuǎn)鼓)通過干燥區(qū)(圓錐轉(zhuǎn)鼓)至固相出口排出;澄清后的液相從大端溢流口排出。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)固-液二相或固-液-液三相分離。

Separation takes place in a horzontal bowl equipped with ascroll convey or The process material is fed into the bowl through a stationary inlet tube and is smoothly accelerated in the accelerate chamber Centrifugal forces cause instant sedimentation of the solids on the wall of the bowl. The conveyor rotates in the same direction as the bowl but at a different speed thus moving the solids towards the conical end of the bowl.

立式機(jī)座設(shè)計(jì)，電機(jī)與轉(zhuǎn)鼓對(duì)稱布局機(jī)器運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，振動(dòng)烈度低
