工作原理

Operating principle

刮刀下部卸料離心機為立式全自動過濾離心機。電機通過皮帶驅(qū)動轉(zhuǎn)鼓高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，待分離的物料在預先編制的程序控制下，通過進料系統(tǒng)進入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。在離心力場的作用下物

料通過過濾介質(zhì)(濾布/濾網(wǎng))的過濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出機外，固相則被截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。物料檢測裝置實時檢測物料充填位置，當轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達到機器規(guī)定的裝料量時停止進料。然后對濾餅進行洗滌、甩干。濾餅達到脫液要求后，離心機降低到刮料速度，刮刀裝置在液(氣)動控制下

將濾餅刮下，并經(jīng)離心機下部的出料口排出。

The automatic bottom discharge scraper centrifuge is vertical tuily-automatic filtration centri fuge.The motor drives the basket to rotate at high speed th rough the belt,ａnd under the con- trol of pre-written program, the material to be separated is fed into the basket through the feed system.After the material is filtered throuah the filtration medium(filfercloth/screen)under the action of centrifu g al forcethe liquid phase discharges out of the centrifuge through the liquid pipelineａnd the solid phase is retained in the basket. A material detection device is used to detected material filling position in real-time manner and when the solid cake deposit- ed in the basket reaches the specified holdina capacity of the centrifuaefeedina stops. Then wash and dry the solid cakeAfter the solid cake meets requirements for knock-out. the centri- fuge reduces to the scraping rate, under the hydraulic(pneumatic) control, the scraper device removes the solid cake.ａnd then the cake id discharged at bottom outlet of the centrifuge
