佛山實(shí)驗(yàn)室無菌集菌儀產(chǎn)品說明:
ZW-2008集菌儀是一次性使用全封閉集菌培養(yǎng)器的配套使用設(shè)施。一體化不銹鋼機(jī)殼設(shè)計(jì)：全部采用L304衛(wèi)生級(jí)不銹鋼，解決了無菌室. 微生物室高潔凈儀器的要求。提高儀器的使用壽命，降低因傳統(tǒng)集菌儀表面生銹問題造成的維修、更換等產(chǎn)生的成本。避免了因?yàn)榛瘜W(xué)物質(zhì)對(duì)表面的腐蝕，機(jī)殼表面設(shè)計(jì)不留任何死角。通過集菌儀定向蠕動(dòng)加壓原理，使供試品中微生物截留在濾器中的微孔濾膜（0.22µm*47mm或0.45µm*47mm上，通過沖洗濾膜除去抑菌成分，然后把所需的培養(yǎng)基通過進(jìn)樣管道直接引入全封閉過濾集菌培養(yǎng)器中，放置在培養(yǎng)箱內(nèi)進(jìn)行無菌培養(yǎng)。

5、智能集菌儀圓形卡口設(shè)計(jì)：傳統(tǒng)式直角卡口在裝軟管的時(shí)候都是很費(fèi)勁的，有時(shí)候還會(huì)把管子卡破，造成了經(jīng)濟(jì)上的損失，現(xiàn)在圓形卡口，可以輕輕一卡，軟管就可以進(jìn)去，非常方便。
