液壓接觸式平板速凍機(jī)
Contact Plate freezer
液壓接觸式平板速凍機(jī)的內(nèi)部鋁板可以上下水平移動，通過與凍品的雙面接觸實(shí)現(xiàn)熱交換，快速凍結(jié)產(chǎn)品。根據(jù)客戶需要，可配備相應(yīng)的制冷系統(tǒng)。該速凍機(jī)適合于在陸地或漁船上凍結(jié)塊狀食品，如魚片，魚糜，蝦，貝類等水產(chǎn)品。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
n 占地范圍小，安裝操作方便，便于移動
n 內(nèi)外全不銹鋼庫體，整體高密度聚氨酯發(fā)泡，保溫效果好，衛(wèi)生易清潔
n 液壓升降系統(tǒng)，鋁合金平板雙面接觸，凍結(jié)效率高
n 可自配制冷壓縮機(jī)組，節(jié)約投資
Contact plate freezer can quickly freeze products by moving up and down the inside alluminum plates so that the products exchange heat with two plates.
Refrigeration system can be equipped as per different requirement of users. It can be used on land or on vessel.

平板速凍機(jī)主要適用于塊凍魚塊、魚糜、蝦、貝類等水產(chǎn)品及肉類小包裝等食品。
Plate freezer is mainly used for freezing small pack of meat and seafood like fish, shrimp, shell in bulk.
