設(shè)計(jì)原理
鍋爐蒸汽預(yù)熱上罐處理水,供應(yīng)下罐加熱食品熱源。
升溫:上罐熱水快速充滿下槽、殺菌物初溫快速上升
保溫:蒸汽充分供應(yīng)、循環(huán)加熱、熱值分布穩(wěn)定
冷卻系統(tǒng):冷卻水直接進(jìn)入鍋內(nèi),直接降溫, 操作系統(tǒng)有手動(dòng)、半自動(dòng)控制、全自動(dòng)微電腦控制系統(tǒng)可供選擇
Design principle
Preheating the sterilizing water in the upper tank with steam generated by boiler, provide heat source to the sterilizing.
1、Raising temperature: preheated water fill the sterilizing tank quickly, initial temperature rises quickly.
2、Sterilizing: sufficiently supplied steam heat recycle, heat distribution steady.
3、Cooling system: cooling water is inlet to the autoclave to cool the food directly. Three kinds of control system including manual、semi auto、full automatic PLC control are available.
