1.    炒筒受熱更均勻；加熱裝置散狀分布，炒筒軸向均勻受熱，使炒筒內(nèi)堅果與介質(zhì)在每一個軸向點(diǎn)位上加熱是均勻的，確保炒制的均勻度、芽黃率均有提高。
