2、General description
XGF is designed and manufactured incorporating the latest technology from Germany and Italy, for the demand of technical requirement of beverage production, as pure water and mineral water.
The filling machine works as follows: Bottles are fed from conveyor chain into the filling machine via star wheel. Bottle clamp installed on the rotary wheel of the rinse will grip bottle mouth and make a 180° turn along a guide track to face the bottle mouth downward. In designated section of the rinse, rinsing water will jet out from special nozzles to flush bottle inside wall. After rinsing and dripping, bottles gripped by bottle clamp will make another 180° turn along a guide track to resume bottle mouth facing up position. Clean bottles are discharged out of the rinse by a star wheel to feed the filler. After entering the filler, bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plates, which are actuated by bottle carrier mechanism to raise them to engage with filling valves. Filling valves are opened by bottle presence signals. After finishing filling, valves are closed by valve closing mechanism to further stop venting to complete the filling process. Bottle carrier mechanism is lowered by a cam to disengage filled bottles with filling valves. Then bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck handling star wheel. Anti-rotation blades on capping heads will seize the bottleneck to prevent it from rotation and hold it in a upright position. The twist-on capping head will make revolving and rotating movement along with the machine to finish the complete capping process of cap picking, placing, twisting, and disengaging under the control of a cam. A discharge star wheel discharges finished bottles onto discharge conveyor belt to be conveyed out of the filling machine
3、Main features
Ⅰ. Bottle in feed
1) Bottle in feed by combination of in feed screw and in feed star wheel
2) Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
II. Rinse
1) The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.
2) The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
3) The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle clamp incorporating technology from Spaying Systems Co. Ltd., is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
4) Covering of bottle clamps and elevator are product of IGUS
5) The rinse is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.
Ⅲ. Transfer star wheel
1) Made of stainless steel of superior quality.
2) Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
Ⅳ. Filler
1) The filler is designed and manufactured with application of Italy technology, providing hardware guarantee for securing product quality and reducing loss.
2) Rotary wheel are fully made of stainless steel
3) Filling valves are designed and manufactured with German technology, made of AISI, featuring high filling accuracy and high filling speed.
4) Bottles are raised and lowered by cam controlled lifting cylinder. Valve opening mechanism is actuated by air cylinder.
5) All sliding bushes of lifting device use Gus anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.
6) Hydraulic pump is float-ball controlled.
7) The filler is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.
Ⅴ. Capper

The equipment is designed with the support of experts from school of engineering and mechanical in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and uses the technology of ZALKIN in France, most advance technology in the world, developed with the experience of asepsis filling machine. For example, Ⅰ) extruding wheel (main part to control the stability when sealing), uses the technology of ZALKIN. Kinematical and kinetic design of the wheel by experts improves the stability and credibility of the equipment. Ⅱ) Sealing faucet (main part to control the credibility of sealing), is improved by experts with the design of alnico. Besides the magnetic contortion variation device, there is variation dial, which makes variation more easily. The benefit of this design is not only it can set the contortion, but also it makes contortion more precise and credible, and reduces inferior.
2) The cover track has the device to prevent the reversal cover from passing and pick out the reversal cover. Meanwhile the photoelectric switch can stop the machine automatically when there is no cover on the track, by which it can avoid bottle without cover effectively.
3) It also has the bottle check-up switch. Together with cylinder on the joint of the cover track and cover lift, they can control the cover flow and stop it in case no bottle to reduce the quantity of cover.

Ⅵ. Discharge star wheel
1) Nylon star wheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge bottles.
2) Equipped with bottle jam protection device.
Ⅶ. Discharge conveyor
1) Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling machine to prevent bottles from falling.
2) Discharge conveyor belt is equipped with photocell switch to slow down and stop filling machine in case of fallen bottles.
Ⅷ. Machine frame
1) The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet
2) Driving system of the filling machine is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission
3) The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears
4) The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.
Ⅸ. Electrical control system
The electrical cabinet is made of stainless steel. From bottle in feed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the filling machine

XGF型PET瓶三合一機集沖洗、灌裝、封蓋于一體,是以*技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)純凈水等飲品的灌裝工藝要求研制而成的。
1、 工作過程
瓶子由通過風送道傳遞,然后通過撥瓶星輪傳送至三合一機的沖瓶機。沖瓶機回轉(zhuǎn)盤上裝有瓶夾,瓶夾夾住瓶口沿一導(dǎo)軌翻轉(zhuǎn)180°,使瓶口向下。在沖瓶機特定區(qū)域,沖瓶夾噴嘴噴出沖瓶水,對瓶子內(nèi)壁進行沖洗。瓶子經(jīng)沖洗、瀝干后在瓶夾夾持下沿導(dǎo)軌再翻轉(zhuǎn)180°,使瓶口向上。洗凈后的瓶子通過撥瓶星輪由沖瓶機導(dǎo)出并傳送至灌裝機。進入灌裝機的瓶子由瓶*板卡住并在凸輪作用下將瓶子上升,然后由瓶口將灌裝閥頂開。灌裝采用重力灌裝方式。灌裝閥打開后物料通過灌裝閥完成灌裝過程,灌裝結(jié)束后瓶口下降離開灌裝閥,瓶子通過卡瓶頸過渡撥輪進入旋蓋機。旋蓋機上的止旋刀卡住瓶頸部位,保持瓶子直立并防止旋轉(zhuǎn)。旋蓋頭在旋蓋機上保持公轉(zhuǎn)并自轉(zhuǎn),在凸輪作用下實現(xiàn)抓蓋、套蓋、旋蓋、脫蓋動作,完成整個封蓋過程。成品瓶通過出瓶撥輪從旋蓋機傳送到出瓶輸送鏈上,由輸送鏈傳送出三合一機。
2、 主要特點
