紫外耐候試驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品介紹:

紫外光與陽光模擬

紫外光是造成戶外產(chǎn)品光降解作用的主要因素。Q8的熒光紫外燈可模擬陽光中zui重要的短波紫外光,再現(xiàn)光照引起的材料物理性能的老化。根據(jù)不同的測(cè)試條件,有幾種不同的紫外燈管可供選擇。

Q8燈管  
UVA-340
燈管. UVA-340 燈管可*地模擬太陽光中的短波紫外光,即從365 納米到太陽光截止點(diǎn) 295 納米的波長(zhǎng)范圍。

UVB-313燈管. UVB-313 燈管發(fā)出的短波紫外光比通常照射在地球表面的太陽紫外線強(qiáng)烈,從而可以zui大程度的加速材料老化。然而,該燈管可能會(huì)對(duì)某些材料造成不符合實(shí)際的破壞。UVB-313 燈管主要用于質(zhì)量控制和研究開發(fā),或?qū)δ秃蛐?的材料運(yùn)行測(cè)試。

Q8 潮濕模擬

Q8提供兩種潮濕模擬方法。應(yīng)用zui多的是冷凝方法,它是模擬戶外潮濕侵蝕的方法。所有的Q8型號(hào)都可運(yùn)行冷凝循環(huán)。因?yàn)橛行?yīng)用條件也要求使用水噴淋以達(dá)到實(shí)際的效果,所以有些Q8型號(hào)既可運(yùn)行冷凝循環(huán)又可運(yùn)行水噴淋循環(huán)。

冷凝
在很多戶外環(huán)境中,材料每天的潮濕時(shí)間可長(zhǎng)達(dá)12小時(shí)。研究表明造成這種戶外潮濕的主要因素是露水,而不是雨水。Q8通過*的冷凝功能來模擬戶外的潮濕侵蝕。在冷凝循環(huán)中,通過加熱試驗(yàn)機(jī)底部水盤來產(chǎn)生水蒸汽。熱的水蒸汽使試驗(yàn)箱在較高溫度下保持*相對(duì)濕度。 Q8的設(shè)計(jì)中,試樣實(shí)際上構(gòu)成試驗(yàn)箱的側(cè)壁,試樣的背面暴露在實(shí)驗(yàn)室室內(nèi)空氣中。室內(nèi)空氣的冷卻作用導(dǎo)致試樣表面溫度比水蒸汽溫度低幾度,從而保證水蒸汽會(huì)連續(xù)不斷地在樣品表面凝結(jié)。這種冷凝水是很穩(wěn)定的純凈蒸餾水。

水噴淋
在某些實(shí)際應(yīng)用條件下,例如陽光下,聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時(shí),材料的溫度就會(huì)發(fā)生急劇變化,產(chǎn)生熱沖擊,這種熱沖擊對(duì)于許多材料而言是一種考驗(yàn)。Q8的水噴淋可以模擬熱沖擊和/或應(yīng)力腐蝕。
