工作周期:
1、使用油水分離過(guò)濾機(jī)對(duì)每臺(tái)機(jī)床冷卻水箱工作3~4小時(shí),而后轉(zhuǎn)到下一臺(tái)機(jī)床;
2、建議每臺(tái)機(jī)床的冷卻水箱每周循環(huán)過(guò)濾一次;
3、油水分離過(guò)濾機(jī)每班可分離過(guò)濾2臺(tái)機(jī)床冷卻水箱或每周單班10臺(tái)機(jī)床冷卻水箱。
操作方法:
1、使用時(shí)將浮子放入冷卻水箱中油污集中處漂浮在冷卻液表面;
2、將回水管放入冷卻水箱出水口處;
3、給油水分離機(jī)通電(撇油機(jī)220V/25W+水泵290W)工作;
4、油水混合液通過(guò)浮子抽進(jìn)袋式過(guò)濾器(精度25μ)過(guò)濾,再通過(guò)水泵(或隔膜泵)抽到油水分離器內(nèi)進(jìn)行油水分離,干凈的冷卻液返回到冷卻水箱內(nèi),污油被隔離,通過(guò)盤(pán)式撇油機(jī)將污油排到廢油收集桶內(nèi)。

Working cycle:
