冷熱缸(又名老化缸)，具有節(jié)能、消聲、耐腐、生產(chǎn)能力強(qiáng)、清洗方便等優(yōu)點，廣泛于乳品行業(yè)、食品、制藥、化工、飲料等工業(yè)部門，作為加熱、冷卻、保溫、殺菌處理或貯藏漿液的必須設(shè)備，特別適用于牛奶的巴氏消毒與保溫，是冰淇淋生產(chǎn)線中的必需設(shè)備。

結(jié) 構(gòu)：該設(shè)備由內(nèi)膽、夾套、保溫層、外包皮、減速器、攪拌槳、溫度計等組成。

內(nèi) 膽：采用不銹鋼板304材料制成，表面拋光。

2.Jacket layer: made of steel plate A3 or 1Gr18Ni9Ti, screw-type reinforcement device; cool water runs from low to up（no pressure） to get the best temperature changing effect.

 

3. Insulated layer: jacketed with =2mm stainless steel plate, foam-thermal insulant.

 

4. Speed Reducer: Cycloidal gear, fixed on the top, connected to the stirring axle, loose joints, easy to strip and clean.

 

5. Temperature Meter: installed on the top, sensor touches the lowest level to get the accurate temperature.
