Each hold in filling mould of our capsule filling machine is with character of high precision. Once if the empty #B capsule is with distortion, the machine still can fill it. The machine is acknowledged high quality product.
1. Performance Principle:
HLT-187 manual capsule filling machine is improved base on traditional capsule filling and locking machine, and now with advantage of higher arraying speed, higher efficient, easier operation, easier maintain, lower electricity consumption, etc. which is top choose in pharmaceutical, health protection, etc industry.
This machine consists of capsule cap and body arraying machine and locking machine. Capsule filling plate consists of capsule cap plate, capsule body plat and middle plate. The capsule cap and body arraying plate bases on capsule characters of heavy capsule head and light capsule mouth, under vibrate of shaft to make capsule head adown, and capsule mouth go up, then push into capsule filling plate and drive active exchange plate, the capsule will go into the hole of filling plate to complete arraying work. Capsule filling plate is to fill products into capsule body, and make capsule cap match capsule body by middle plate; capsule pressing plate is to locking capsule in filling plate, while length can be according user’s requirement.
2. Main Character:
1. main parts: feeder and operate panel adopts stanless steel, which accord to GMP demand.
2. with advantage of easy structure, low electricity consumption, high productive efficient, easy maintain and clean, low malfunction rate.
3. can be suitable for filling #00, #0, #1, #2, #3 capsules, and suitable for filling powder and pellets, and also can be suitable for filling product with high viscosity which is not suitable for automatic capsule filling machine.
4. it is with easy operation, can learn how to operate within 10 mins; easy to change mould for different capsule, which only need 20 mins.
5. capsule filling rate can be up to 100%, capsule locking rate can be more than 99.8%, and will not damage capsule.
3. Usage:
Can be suitable for filling #00-#4 capsules（should change mould for filling different capsules）
4. Instruction Before Using
1. arraying machine: connect electricity, turn on switch, rotate button for pressure adjuster, then the arraying machine will start running. The vibrative frequency can be controlled by pressure adjuster.
2. locking machine: turn on switch, it will connect electricity, but not run. Only push locking plate with products under pressing plate to touch stroke switch the pressing plate will press it automatically, and take out, it will stop.
5. Application:
Here take HLT-400 as example:
1. ALU alloy with guilding side is for B type, while without is for A type. And it with small machine body is locking machine.
2. A and B type machine can run only need to connect the electricity and turn on the green switch on electrical cabinet. While before turning on the green switch, the pressure adjuster should be towards to zero. If it towards to more than 100, and turn on the switch suddenly, the pressure adjuster will be damaged as it should complete adjusting pressure within 6s which is not possible.
3. A and B mould plate and middle plate are as accessories of the machine, which are marked, pls kindly check.
4. ALU alloy plate is arraying plate, under it there is one active plate, which is with spring at both side and can be moveable.
5. under active plate, there are two mould support bars, put B mould plate（B machine） or A mould plate（A machine） under the active plate and above support bar. After the arraying plate is full of capsule, then push into mould plate. At this time, the 400 capsules on arraying plate will fall into mould plate（if not full fall into mould plate, then push once again but should fast）. Then step on the baseboard, and take mould plate out. Same for A machine and B machine.
6. when filling products, can use one worktable. Put products onto B plate, and remove unwanted products.
7. cover middle plate onto A plate which is with capsule head, while the two nick of middle plate should toward up. Then turnover it, and cover B plate onto it. When hole matched, press it, then the 400 capsules are coming into pre-lock station.
8. turn the green switch, at this time, the locking machine is not work. When u push the mould plate with product under pressing plate to touch the stroke switch, the pressing plate will press it, and then take out the mould plate, the locking machine will stop automatically. At this time, the capsules are locked. Then remove the A plate, put middle plate onto one resisting plate whose size is same as mould plate. Then take out the capsule and put into one container. （before pushing mould plate into locking machine, make the mould plate stand before locking machine, touch the two organic glass bar several times, thus can clear unwanted products）
6. Maintain
1. the reducer in locking machine, should be changed first oil within 24 hours（working time）, and second oil within 72 hours（working time）, then change it each one month.
2. when change capsule size, rotate the pole in locking machine can change the distance of pressing plate. #0 change to #1, #2, rotate clockwise; #2 change to #1, #0, rotate anticlockwise.
Note:
a. when rotate the pole, the pole and axis should be upright, then it can be rotated. Even when the pressing plate is at top side, the pole and axis should be upright.
b. before rotating, the screws on pole should be loose
c. when rotate, it should be at least 180o or 360 o or 720 o…., means the angle should be times than 180 o, otherwise, the reducer will be damaged when turn on the machine.
3. change capsule size, for arraying plate:
a. capsule mouth should be flat to arraying plate. Loose the screw in support plate to adjust the height.
b. adjust the distance between locking plate push into support bar and active plate. The distance between up plate of locking plate and low plate of active plate is 3mm. adjust screw and long pulled pole in machine box to adjust the distance. After adjust, lock the screw.
4. the arraying plate and active plate should be dislocated（so the active plate also can be called dislocated plate）. When push locking plate into end, the hole in arraying plate, active plate and locking plate should be matched. If not matched, the position of arraying plate and active plate should be re-adjusted.
Adjusting method:
a. loose the screw on support plate and angle support base, the angle support plate can drive horizontal plate and active plate to dislocate
b. loose screw, make main shaft drive arraying plate to dislocate.
5. remove malfunction: when turn on the switch of arraying plate, the pressure adjuster can work but main shaft cannot vibrate:
a. screw for vibrating head and presser are loosed
b. screw for arraying plate and main shaft are loosed
c. check each screw if they are locked well.
Pressure adjuster not work well, sometime heavy while sometime light, means the carbon brush is broken, should change the pressure adjuster. Note should turn switch first, then rotate pressure adjuster.
7. Others:
1. after capsule locked, can use capsule polisher to remove the dust on capsule.
2. suggest to buy capsule with separate capsule cap and bottom
