半自動活塞式灌裝機（純氣動）是在電器結合機種的基礎上設計推出的新一代的產品，它采用氣動元件代替了電器控制回路，因此，特別適合在有防爆要求的環(huán)境中使用。

純氣動灌裝機的選材精良，氣動元件均來自于世界*廠家Airtec；

料缸、三通以及灌裝頭均選用高檔316L不銹鋼，符合衛(wèi)生標準；

活塞由聚四氟乙烯制成，能夠有效的防止灌裝物料的酸堿腐蝕，零件表面粗糙度均低于0.8。
