我公司在借鑒國(guó)外殺菌技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上研制的自動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)門(mén)機(jī)構(gòu),采用液壓伺服系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)鍋門(mén)的全自動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)和安 全連鎖,運(yùn)行順暢,安全可靠,節(jié)約空間。
單鍋噴淋殺菌鍋由工藝罐、熱交換器、水流分配裝置、循環(huán)泵,自動(dòng)控制閥,連接管道及PLC觸摸屏自控系統(tǒng)組 成。采用板式換熱器,間接加熱間接冷卻,避免水質(zhì)問(wèn)題對(duì)外包裝產(chǎn)生的污染。由于蒸汽和冷卻水不直接進(jìn)入鍋 內(nèi),溫度壓力控制更加精確。
采用噴淋式或淋水式殺菌方式,殺菌鍋內(nèi)先放人少量水,通過(guò)大流量泵使其在鍋內(nèi)循環(huán),從設(shè)置于殺菌鍋內(nèi)兩側(cè) 或頂部的噴嘴,不斷的向被殺菌物噴射覆蓋包裝 物,熱擴(kuò)散快且熱傳遞分布均勻。
殺菌鍋采用PLC全自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),根據(jù)不同食品對(duì) 滅菌條件要求,隨時(shí)設(shè)定升溫,殺菌和冷卻程序, 使每一種食品均可在狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行滅菌,從而 避免了由于高溫髙壓滅菌方式下熱損傷大的缺點(diǎn)。 根據(jù)不同情況,壓力控制系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)調(diào)整壓力,進(jìn)行 反壓校正,這對(duì)防止容器的變形和破損十分有利。
適用于各類(lèi)真空包裝軟罐頭產(chǎn)品,以及包裝較小的馬口鐵罐頭產(chǎn)品。
