Hot Ink Roller is specialized foam roll loaded with a variety of hot melt inks, which is used to print production dates, expiry dates, batch numbers, and other related information on all kinds of package substrates such as plastic film, paper and aluminum foil for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, automotive and the other industries. It is a specific consumable working with many different date coders & marking printers, with excellent characteristics, they are able to produce at high speed with instant dry, good adhesion and highly legible printing.

1. Long usage life: 150,000 times per roll;

2. Temperature range: 90 - 130°C; 130 - 160°C;

3. Size: Φ36x10mm, Φ36x16mm, Φ36x32mm, Φ36x40mm etc;

4. Inner diameter of ink roller: 10mm, 11mm, 12mm

5. Good scratch resistant, fast drying, clear printing;

6. Apply to ink roller coders and print on PP, PE, PET, Aluminum film and multi-film;

Hot Solid Ink Roll can be used on any ink roll coders, marking machine and sealing machine in the market to print production date, batch number and other related information on the outer package such materials as PVC, PET, PE, PP foil, plastic film, paper and aluminum foil etc. They are able to produce at high speed with instant dry, good adhesion and highly legible printing. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, dairy products, health products and other packaging industries.

2. Used for machine:

Widely used in all kinds of ink roll coder such as MY-380, MY-300 ink roll marking machine, NY-815, NY-808A, NY-805 and FR-900 sealing machine, etc.

Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, dairy products, health products and other packaging industries. To print production date, expiry date, batch number and other text label on the outer package.

6. One ink roll usage life:

The printing times determined by the ink roll quality, text lines, temperature and using method etc.

One ink roll size Dia.36mm*32mm, the usage life is about 100000 bags supposed print one line text;

7. Using temperature:

The solid ink need time to melt, if the temperature is lower, the solid ink can not melt, so the printing times will be reduce.

8. The preheating time takes 10-15 minutes:

Hot ink roller is loaded into ink roller coding machine, start the ink roll coder, heating temperature to 130 degrees, preheating about 10 minutes, until the ink roll surface softening, then you can use it.

We would prefer to introduce NY-820 ink roll preheating machine, which can reduce the stand-by time and largely increase the efficiency and printing performance of the coder.

9. More printing times

With the increase of printing times, ink will gradually reduce, then increase the printing temperature, about 5-10 degrees, the printing times will be increased.
