一、產(chǎn)品簡介Introduction

　　●膠塞滅菌烘箱用于膠塞滅菌和干燥，是膠塞漂洗機(jī)的配套產(chǎn)品，也可作免洗膠塞烘干滅菌之用；

　　●加熱元件采用不銹鋼304管狀加熱器，分布在箱體內(nèi)側(cè)，在內(nèi)循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)作用下，促使熱空氣對流，使箱內(nèi)各點(diǎn)溫度均勻；

　　●采用水平層流風(fēng)即側(cè)送側(cè)回，在風(fēng)機(jī)作用下，將頂部的熱空氣從一側(cè)經(jīng)高溫過濾器送入箱內(nèi)。在過濾出口處配有調(diào)風(fēng)板，使箱內(nèi)各點(diǎn)氣流均勻；

　　●頂部設(shè)有進(jìn)氣和出氣口，且進(jìn)氣口裝有冷卻風(fēng)機(jī)，在風(fēng)機(jī)的強(qiáng)壓下，將萬級空氣經(jīng)過濾器送入箱內(nèi)，使物品達(dá)到快速強(qiáng)制冷卻，出氣口裝有過濾器及風(fēng)門，排風(fēng)閥排濕時(shí)可手動(dòng)或PLC程控儀自動(dòng)控制。

　　●不銹鋼自動(dòng)攪拌轉(zhuǎn)筒,將洗凈物料置于其中,啟動(dòng)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),物料在其中自然翻轉(zhuǎn)烘干；

　　●采用互鎖裝置，當(dāng)一側(cè)門打開時(shí)，另一側(cè)門不能被打開，并有指示燈顯示開門狀況。

　　●It is used for the sterilization and drying of rubber plugs.It is a complementary product of the rubber plug rinsing machine,ａnd can also be used as a nonwashing rubber plug for drying and sterilizing.

　　●The heating element adopts 304 stainless steel tubular heaters,which are distributed inside the chamber,ａnd then the air convection is generated by the internal circulation fan to make the temperature of each point in the oven uniform.
