     隨著食品工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，食品機械的不斷革新，一種結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊且占地面積小的新型、高效、節(jié)能的速凍裝置——DLD、SLD系列螺旋速凍裝置已成為目前大，中型速凍食品企業(yè)的選擇機型。

   DLD、SLD系列螺旋速凍裝置的不銹鋼物料傳送網(wǎng)帶在凍結(jié)間內(nèi)做螺旋式轉(zhuǎn)動，從而實現(xiàn)物料的快速凍結(jié)。分別采用頂吹風和側(cè)吹風的布風方式，凍結(jié)時間可選范圍20~90分鐘。適用于調(diào)理食品、小包裝食品、分割肉、冰淇淋等快速凍結(jié),也可用于海產(chǎn)品、水果和不宜流態(tài)化速凍的蔬菜產(chǎn)品等。

     ◆ 適應凍品范圍廣：面食品、菜卷、春卷、蔬菜、水果、肉食、油炸品及其它小包裝食品。

      ◆ 不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)：SUS304不銹鋼材料制作，凍品可以直接擺在網(wǎng)帶上凍結(jié)，格外平滑的網(wǎng)格使凍品幾乎不留印記；網(wǎng)帶兩側(cè)鏈片上設有擋邊，凍品或盤子不易從網(wǎng)帶上滑落。

      ◆ 的風道設計：螺旋塔和蒸發(fā)器的外圍的檔風板設計成對稱的、流暢的環(huán)形風道，增強凍品的換熱效果而又使得進、出料口不跑冷，而且操作人員也可隨時進入庫內(nèi)查看運行情況。

      ◆ 雙面不銹鋼隔熱庫體：隔熱庫體采用雙面不銹鋼聚氨脂庫板，庫門為雙層密封條并配有加熱器，有效防止凍結(jié)。

      ◆ 可靠的傳動控制：螺旋傳動引進，網(wǎng)帶運行采用變頻控制，速度可實現(xiàn)無級可調(diào)。不銹鋼電控箱，庫內(nèi)溫度數(shù)字顯示，整個設備運行可靠。

      ◆ 庫內(nèi)底面大水槽不滲漏，排水方便：庫內(nèi)整個底面用3mm厚SUS304不銹鋼板做成的水槽，滲漏，清洗容易排水快。

◆ stainless steel structure: made of SUS304 stainless steel material, frozen products can be directly placed on the mesh belt to freeze, and the extremely smooth mesh makes the frozen products almost leave no mark; the chain pieces on both sides of the mesh belt are provided with retaining edges, so the frozen products or plates are not easy to slide off the mesh belt.

◆ unique air duct design: the baffle around the spiral tower and evaporator is designed as a symmetrical and smooth circular air duct, which can enhance the heat exchange effect of frozen products and make the inlet and outlet not run cold, and the operator can also enter the warehouse at any time to check the operation.

◆ double sided stainless steel heat insulation storehouse: the heat insulation storehouse adopts double-sided stainless steel polyurethane storehouse plate, the storehouse door is double-layer sealing strip and equipped with heater to effectively prevent freezing.

◆ reliable transmission control: screw drive introduces advanced technology from the United States, frequency conversion control is adopted for mesh belt operation, and the speed can be stepless and adjustable. Stainless steel electric control box, digital display of temperature in the warehouse, reliable operation of the whole equipment.

◆ the large water tank at the bottom of the warehouse is not leaking, and the drainage is convenient: the whole bottom of the warehouse is made of 3 mm SUS304 stainless steel plate, which is impermeable, easy to clean and fast to drain.

注：

      1、凍結(jié)能力以裸凍蝦為標準，上料密度8kg/m2，進料中心溫度15℃，出料中心溫度－18?-15℃，凍結(jié)溫度－35℃±2℃。

      2、凍結(jié)時間可根據(jù)不同的凍品調(diào)節(jié)。

      3、耗冷量按冷凝溫度+35℃，蒸發(fā)溫度－42℃工況條件計。

      4、根據(jù)凍品的情況可非標設計。
