形成了性能范圍覆蓋面完善的產(chǎn)品系列通過在冶金、礦山、電廠、化工等行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用，發(fā)現(xiàn)該系列產(chǎn)品具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、運行可靠、壽命長等特點，深受用戶和現(xiàn)場操作人員的歡迎。首先，在選礦廠的應(yīng)用，80%左右都是用在礦山行業(yè)選礦廠。由于礦石初選工況較為惡劣，因此在這一工段，渣漿泵的使用壽命普遍較低。當然，不同的礦石，磨蝕性也不一樣。如在精礦輸送等工段相對磨蝕性減小，泵的整體使用壽命也就較長。所以一般用戶在采購過程中經(jīng)常問到供應(yīng)商的產(chǎn)品的使用壽命問題時候，嚴格講任何一家生產(chǎn)商等都不會毫無根據(jù)的為用戶承諾一個準確使用壽命周期，因為過流部件的使用壽命（耐磨耐腐蝕件）的壽命取決于多種不同因素，工況的的多樣性和復(fù)雜性導(dǎo)致同樣品質(zhì)的材質(zhì)的使用壽命是有差異的。但是在前期選型階段可以讓有實力的生產(chǎn)廠家為其做合理工況選型設(shè)計。

其次，在電力行業(yè)，主要是火力發(fā)電廠。目前我國電廠中主要是火力發(fā)電和水利發(fā)電，在火電廠中，由于用大量燃煤發(fā)電，燃煤后的爐渣或者灰渣需要清除，渣漿泵被用在除灰渣的作用，爐渣通過混合一定量的水后，通過渣漿泵將其輸送到灰渣堆放的地方，因此有時渣漿泵在電廠也成為灰渣泵。 

再次，在洗煤行業(yè)，由于工況不同，較大煤塊，煤矸石容易堵塞，對于渣漿泵的設(shè)計要求很高
