羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)從高速熱風(fēng)可知，高速熱風(fēng)必須要有較高壓力和風(fēng)量，而且壓力與風(fēng)量要平穩(wěn)。高速熱風(fēng)必須要干凈，尤其用于衛(wèi)生醫(yī)療的熔噴布，衛(wèi)生是重要的。

因此，在熔噴布生產(chǎn)過程中用羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)，由于其具備強(qiáng)制性送氣及硬排氣性能，在壓力布平穩(wěn)情況下依舊能夠保持風(fēng)量不大幅度變化。

壓力變化主要是系統(tǒng)阻力的影響，需要自適應(yīng)強(qiáng)的“風(fēng)機(jī)”，而羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)就自適應(yīng)強(qiáng)，主要是它沒有內(nèi)壓縮，系統(tǒng)的壓力值（理想值）一旦確定，只要在電機(jī)功率允許范圍內(nèi)，羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)就能夠提供多大壓力。因此羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)有較好的自適應(yīng)性。

羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)輸送的熱風(fēng)量幾乎不含油，與羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的*構(gòu)造有關(guān)。對于衛(wèi)生醫(yī)療使用的熔噴布來說，是有嚴(yán)格要求的。結(jié)束語；除了上述的之外，其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、重量輕、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、噪音低及振動下，因此很多小企業(yè)也是可以實(shí)現(xiàn)熔噴布的制造生產(chǎn)的。
