玻璃鋼離心風機采用優(yōu)質(zhì)乙烯基酯樹脂和*的生產(chǎn)工藝，耐防腐功能強，緊湊的葉輪設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)滿足風機的高轉(zhuǎn)速運行。葉片設(shè)計風量大，風葉自重輕，能效高，葉片使用壽命長。替代玻璃鋼包鐵的落后生產(chǎn)工藝，解決普通玻璃鋼葉輪風量小，易散架。葉輪可以根據(jù)客戶風量定制8-16片不同數(shù)量的型號。

· 玻璃鋼離心葉輪調(diào)試采用動平衡與靜平衡雙重結(jié)合，動平衡符合ISO-1940 G2.5等級。

· 玻璃鋼離心風機采用雙層機座，中間安裝高效減震器。震動值符合ISO-2372 4.5等級要求水準以上，大幅降低風機震動提升風機整機使用壽命。

· 玻璃鋼離心葉輪引進*進技術(shù)，優(yōu)化葉輪制造尺寸與角度，采用（Vinglester）乙烯基酯特級樹脂一體成型，使玻璃鋼離心葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)剛性.風量風壓.強度等同于鋼制葉輪，葉輪

   的自重輕于鋼制葉輪，提升風機能效。解決傳統(tǒng)玻璃鋼葉輪采用玻璃鋼包鐵等落后工藝。

· 玻璃鋼離心風機葉輪軸盤采用分體式結(jié)構(gòu)，全封閉覆蓋.安裝牢固.拆裝檢修方便。

· 玻璃鋼離心風機采用油浴式軸承箱，保護軸承及軸不受酸堿氣體的侵蝕，結(jié)合美式皮帶輪和進口皮帶的應(yīng)用，延長風機使用壽命，降低故障頻率。風機電機與軸承可根據(jù)客戶需要采

   用進口或國產(chǎn)品牌。

· 風機外部設(shè)有檢修口和排污孔，方便葉輪檢查與清洗，避免葉輪積垢。
