注意事項(xiàng)：
1、正常干粉溶液能很快溶解于NaCl溶液中，呈乳白色均一液體。如發(fā)現(xiàn)有不能溶解的沉淀物則表明該干粉已失效，請勿使用。
2、上述乳白色干粉溶液在暗室中可見藍(lán)綠色熒光，此為正?，F(xiàn)象。
3、干粉溶液必須現(xiàn)配現(xiàn)用，盡量避免反復(fù)凍融對發(fā)光細(xì)菌帶來的影響。
4、為了減少外界因素帶來的干擾建議操作人員佩戴一次性塑料手套。
5、產(chǎn)品為非致病性細(xì)菌，廢液無須特殊處理，不會引起二次污染。
