噴油機(jī)是將各種食用精煉油均勻噴灑在餅干上的機(jī)器。本設(shè)備擁有八組噴油裝置，噴油采用離心式裝置，上、下**噴油，使霧化的精油均勻分布在餅干上，油量及油溫皆可調(diào)節(jié), 增強(qiáng)餅干的色、香、味。并且設(shè)有油霧收集系統(tǒng)，工作環(huán)境周圍基本無油霧污染。油泵的供油量可單獨(dú)進(jìn)行控制,油箱設(shè)有濾網(wǎng)過濾, 保證油泵吸入的油無雜質(zhì)、油路暢通無阻塞。八組噴油裝置更是采用了便拆式安裝，維護(hù)簡單、容易清掃，設(shè)備噴油均勻、操作方便、效率高、噪音小，是提高餅干質(zhì)量*的理想設(shè)備。
