該系列為半自動雙活塞式液體灌裝機，不帶電工作、操作更加安全。
雙頭液體定量灌裝機為雙頭同步灌裝，提高工作效率。
設(shè)計合理，機型小巧，操作方便，氣動部分均采用中國臺灣AirTac、SHAKO的氣動元件。
物料接觸部分均采用304不銹鋼材料制成，符合GMP要求。
灌裝量和灌裝速度均可任意調(diào)節(jié)，灌裝精度高。
灌裝悶頭采用防滴漏及升降灌裝裝置。
該系列液體定量灌裝機配備特殊三通灌裝閥，在活塞往復(fù)運動作用下，達(dá)到灌裝的效果，活塞抽動時，進料閥打開進料，出料閥關(guān)閉；活塞推動時，進料閥關(guān)閉，出料閥打開進行灌裝。
