   本生產(chǎn)線由全自動(dòng)理瓶機(jī)、全自動(dòng)變頻式雙頭數(shù)片（粒）機(jī)、自動(dòng)變頻式塞紙旋蓋機(jī)、電磁感應(yīng)鋁箔封口機(jī)、立式貼標(biāo)機(jī)組成。適用于制藥、食品、日化等行業(yè)的片劑、丸劑、膠囊及其他異形片的計(jì)數(shù)灌裝、塞紙、旋蓋、封口、貼標(biāo)等包裝全過(guò)程。

特點(diǎn)：

自動(dòng)理瓶機(jī)，理瓶過(guò)程全部采用機(jī)械動(dòng)作，無(wú)需專(zhuān)人看管，省事省力。

變頻篩動(dòng)式數(shù)片機(jī)：噪音小、落片穩(wěn)定、計(jì)數(shù)正確、速度快慢通過(guò)變頻可以調(diào)節(jié)，并裝有無(wú)瓶停止落片的光控裝置，變頻式塞紙旋蓋機(jī)：設(shè)計(jì)原理*，結(jié)構(gòu)合理緊湊，自動(dòng)送紙、剪刀切斷 ，速度快慢通過(guò)變頻調(diào)速，無(wú)瓶自動(dòng)停機(jī)。   

鋁箔封口機(jī)：配有無(wú)鋁箔自動(dòng)剔除裝置，速度在一定范圍內(nèi)克可調(diào)不干膠貼標(biāo)機(jī)：具有無(wú)瓶時(shí)自動(dòng)停止出標(biāo)，自動(dòng)打批號(hào)功能。
