LGE-1300設(shè)備有理瓶、灌裝、落蓋、封蓋等裝置組成，灌裝和旋蓋工位可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)量的要求增加或減少。灌裝頭有自動(dòng)消泡沫和防滴漏控制。本機(jī)可與洗瓶機(jī)、滅菌、烘箱、帖標(biāo)機(jī)等設(shè)備配套連接使用。組成全自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。
本機(jī)適用塑料瓶和玻璃瓶的灌裝、軋蓋、全機(jī)采用不銹鋼，符合GMP要求。

The is WL-LGE-1300 composed of bottle-setting ,filling ,lid-laying and lid-rolling equipment .The filling and lid-rolling can be increased or reduced according to the requirement of producing output .The filling head has an installation which can eliminate froths and prevent dropping and leaking automatically .The machine can be connected with bottle-washing machine ,sterilization ,oven, and label-attaching machine to use ,and form an all-auto-produce line .
The machine is applicable to the filling and lid-rolling fo 0plastic bottles and glass bottles .The whole machine is made of stainless steel , which meets the requirement of GMP.
Main characteristics of its function :
- Its filling heads can be increased or reduced according to the production amount .
- The height of its filling heads can be adjusted according to the height of bottles.
