- 整線智能化程度高，只需要1名操作工和3名輔助工即可完成整條流水線穩(wěn)定流暢運(yùn)行。
High-inlection filling line only one operator and three assistant workers can control the whole line.
- 整線環(huán)保，灌裝旋蓋一體機(jī)區(qū)域采用密閉排風(fēng)方式并配合除塵器確?，F(xiàn)場無粉塵、無異味。
The whole line is environmentally friendly ,filling and capping multifunction area is using the sealed exhaust manner and cooperate with duster to ensure the production site is no dust ，no peculiar smell.
- 整線輸送架帶集液槽，電、氣排布采用橋架科學(xué)排布，確?，F(xiàn)場整潔化、清潔化，能輕松推行5S管理。
The whole line convey belt is equipped with liquid collecting tank,electricity,gas configuration is using bridge style scientific configuration, ensure the production site is clean, so it can implement 5S management easily.
- 整線效率高，整線產(chǎn)能2000瓶/小時(shí)，灌裝精度±1g,貼標(biāo)精度±1mm，并配備多道檢測系統(tǒng)，確保生產(chǎn)出來的每一件產(chǎn)品100％合格。
The whole line is efficient, the production capacity is 2000 bottles per hour ,the filling precision is ±1g,the labeling precision is ±1mm,it equipped with multichannel detection system to ensure the product qualified rate is 100％.
