正常情況下，口腔溫度為36.3℃－37.2℃，腋下溫度比口腔溫度低0.2℃－0.4℃，直腸內(nèi)溫度一般比口腔溫度高0.3℃－0.5℃；正常體溫一晝夜間有輕微波動(dòng)，晨間稍低，下午稍高，但波動(dòng)范圍不超過1℃。在生理狀態(tài)下，體溫也有輕微的波動(dòng)，如小兒的代謝率較高，其體溫可較成年人稍高；老年人的代謝率較低，其體溫可較青壯年人稍低。婦女月經(jīng)期體溫可較平日為低，而排卵期與妊娠期則稍高；飲食、劇烈運(yùn)動(dòng)、突然進(jìn)入高溫環(huán)境及情緒激動(dòng)等，均可使體溫稍高，這些體溫的暫時(shí)性升高，一般屬于生理現(xiàn)象，不必就診。當(dāng)口腔溫度超過37.3℃，腋下溫度超過37℃，直腸溫度超過37.6℃，或一晝夜體溫波動(dòng)在1℃以上，可認(rèn)為是發(fā)熱。 中西集團(tuán)
