6.1 導體:
采用軟圓銅線
6.2絕緣
6.2.1絕緣應采用聚乙烯塑料,并制成紅、白兩種顏色;
6.2.2絕緣標稱厚度為0.6mm,允許偏差為0.1mm。
6.3線組
6.3.1兩芯電纜內對線組由兩根不同顏色的絕緣單線絞合而成;
6.3.2多芯電纜線組由每兩根紅、白顏色的絕緣線芯絞合并在多芯線組外使用銅絲編織屏蔽而成,不同兩芯絞合線芯應疏繞不同顏色的非吸濕性絲或帶;
6.3.3對線組和多芯線組均為左向絞合,其絞合節(jié)距應不大于300mm;
6.4纜芯
6.4.1具體截面尺寸詳見合同,線芯內導體為7股絞合銅線導體;
6.4.2纜芯外繞包一層合適的包帶,繞包重疊率為帶寬的10~20%;
6.5綜合護套
6.5.1復合帶的縱包與擠包聚乙烯層一次完成,統(tǒng)稱為綜合護套;
6.5.2復合帶縱包重疊部分應不小于6mm,9芯以下電纜的縱包重疊部分寬度應不小于帶寬的20%,接縫處圓整。

6.7理想屏蔽系數(shù)
在頻率為50Hz,9芯及以下電纜護套上的感應電壓為50~200v/km,12芯及以上電纜護套上的感應電壓為35~200v/km時,綜合護套信號電纜的理想屏蔽系數(shù)應不大于0.8。
7 電纜裝盤要求
7.1電纜盤材質采用鋼材或木材,或二者混合材質,根據生產商標準制造,結構和強度滿足盤繞電纜長度和重量的需求,滿足運輸、吊裝、存儲和電纜敷設要求。
7.2每盤電纜應一根電纜裝盤,長度執(zhí)行《電纜訂購清單》的規(guī)定,從首端到末端連續(xù)用數(shù)字標記長度。電纜端頭應采用預制電纜頭,以防潮氣侵入,伸出電纜盤外的電纜端頭應釘保護罩作保護。
7.3 電纜盤卷繞整齊,妥善包裝,能達到防止電纜受損、老化的要求。

9 質量保證及試驗
9.1 質量保證
9.1.1 乙方要全面貫徹執(zhí)行IS09001質量管理體系、IS014001環(huán)境管理體系、OHSAS18001職業(yè)健康安全管理體系。嚴格按電纜生產的各項國家標準組織生產。
9.1.2 乙方做好生產過程中產品檢驗工作,確保全過程滿足產品質量標準。
9.1.3 乙方應采用滿足產品質量標準性能的原材料;使用滿足產品質量標準精度的加工設備以及符合國家標準的測試儀表、測試儀器,確保生產合格產品。
9.1.4 成品的出廠要滿足國家標準規(guī)定的全部檢驗、試驗標準值;規(guī)格和性能與業(yè)主技術協(xié)議要求相*。保證為業(yè)主提供優(yōu)質合格產品。
