是集沸騰干燥－噴動(dòng)干燥－沸騰制粒－旋流制粒－旋流包衣－底噴包衣－旋轉(zhuǎn)床制粒（丸）各種規(guī)則流于一體的多功能制粒包衣試驗(yàn)設(shè)備。該機(jī)能包含多種工藝操作，適用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)多品種、多劑型制顆粒、丸劑或包衣的試驗(yàn)機(jī)型。
流化床包衣機(jī)是生產(chǎn)藥品的一種重要裝備；流化床包衣機(jī)在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)時(shí)，其進(jìn)氣需要飽和或可以控制在一定范圍內(nèi)的濕度。傳統(tǒng)的流化床包衣機(jī)不能穩(wěn)定持續(xù)的提供濕氣，嚴(yán)重影響產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。傳統(tǒng)的流化床包衣機(jī)一般只采用蒸汽加熱的方式對(duì)凈化過(guò)的冷空氣加熱，單純對(duì)凈化過(guò)的冷空氣加熱后所產(chǎn)生的熱氣中濕度達(dá)不到飽和的要求，或不能控制在特定要求的范圍內(nèi)，影響包衣衣膜的成型過(guò)程，導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量較低。
