設(shè)計特點
?利用壓縮空氣與液體的撞擊，產(chǎn)生非常均勻和細(xì)密的霧化效果，正常情況下平均的霧化顆粒直徑到80微米以下。
?噴嘴整體由連接本體和噴霧裝置組合而成，而噴霧裝置由空氣帽和液體帽組合而成。
?噴霧形狀采用多孔實心錐型。
?連接噴嘴本體的稱為霧化槍桿，一般根據(jù)工況采用316L材質(zhì)。
?噴嘴連接霧化槍桿有兩個獨立的液體入口和空氣入口。
?單支噴槍的流量大可達(dá)18L/Min，根據(jù)煙道的煙氣量以及所降低溫度計算出噴槍數(shù)量以及安裝方式。通常情況下采取逆流噴出，根據(jù)不同的工況也可順流噴射。
降溫噴槍一般應(yīng)用工況
1、事故噴淋降溫
脫硫塔吸收塔前段需布置冷卻裝置，防止發(fā)生事故因溫度過高對脫硫吸收塔管道產(chǎn)生損壞，一般需要安裝冷卻裝置，以前大多采用的工藝是安裝單流體實心噴嘴，但是實心錐噴嘴顆粒直徑大，煙道底部容易出現(xiàn)積水，濕壁等不能*霧化問題，現(xiàn)在大多采用二流體霧化噴槍。
2、除塵器前降溫
空預(yù)器到除塵器需要安裝降溫裝置，溫度過高會損壞除塵器內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、除塵器損壞等，用噴嘴顆粒直徑大，降溫效果不理想，底部積水，如采用袋式除塵，水不能*霧化，影響除塵器的壽命，溫度高，損壞除塵器，所以也需要安裝顆粒直徑只有幾十微米的霧化噴槍，其有安裝維護(hù)方便的一系列優(yōu)點。
