產(chǎn)品描述：
進(jìn)口立式液下泵為單級(jí)、單吸、徑向剖分的長(zhǎng)軸液下泵，泵設(shè)計(jì)符合第11 版API610 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為型。泵軸由軸承體內(nèi)的滾動(dòng)軸承和支撐管內(nèi)的滑動(dòng)軸承支撐。該泵的液下安裝深度可達(dá)10m，型譜可以覆蓋流量至800m3/h、揚(yáng)程可至200m 的所有范圍。適用于輸送各種清潔的或污染的介質(zhì)。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
1. 接軸結(jié)構(gòu)
◆ 接軸結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠保證泵運(yùn)行平衡。
2. 殼體
◆ 采用雙蝸殼泵體（出口DN80 以上），能平衡大部分徑向力，軸撓度小，振動(dòng)小。
3. 支撐
◆ 轉(zhuǎn)子部件采用多點(diǎn)支撐，導(dǎo)軸承之間的間隔符合API610 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，保證大允許連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)速低于*臨界轉(zhuǎn)速，剛性軸設(shè)計(jì)，從而大限度地保證泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、振動(dòng)小。
◆ 滾動(dòng)軸承采用脂潤(rùn)滑或油潤(rùn)滑，保證滿足API610 中的使用壽命要求。液下部分的滑動(dòng)軸承根據(jù)介質(zhì)的情況可采用外沖冼或自沖冼。
4. 軸封
◆ 由于有單獨(dú)的出液管，沿軸方向沒有加壓的介質(zhì)滲漏，如果液體不易揮發(fā)，可以不需要軸封，也可采用符合API682 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的集裝式機(jī)械密封的各種形式，機(jī)封腔尺寸滿足API610 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
5. 泵軸
◆ 剛性軸設(shè)計(jì)，高強(qiáng)度的泵軸保證泵的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。
6. 保溫夾套結(jié)構(gòu)
◆ 通過增加出液管、接管、泵體外等高溫加熱夾套，可實(shí)現(xiàn)液態(tài)高溫硫磺的輸送，用于硫磺制酸工藝流程中輸送溫度為135℃≤ T ≤ 145℃熔融液態(tài)硫磺。
