是螺旋槳式的低*流式邊墻排風機。他的葉片可以為機翼型鋁葉輪制作，在提供較高輸出壓力的同時使得風機噪音降低。風機的電機可以被配置防爆式，普通式，耐高溫式，防潮式電機使得風機可以適用于惡劣環(huán)境中。該款風機標配有穿墻套箱和90度的防雨護照，防護網(wǎng)等配件，使得安裝一步到位。

邊墻排風機設(shè)備采用*的前掠型葉片、低噪音的外轉(zhuǎn)子或內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子風機電機直聯(lián)傳動，方形外殼設(shè)計可以方便地安裝在混凝土墻、磚墻或輕鋼壓型墻板上，方形防雨罩結(jié)構(gòu)牢固，外形美觀。具有噪聲低、風量大、運行可靠、性能參數(shù)范圍廣、安裝簡便等特點，廣泛應用于廠礦企業(yè)車間和民用、商用建筑工程的邊墻壁式通風換氣。根據(jù)輸送介質(zhì)的要求，可制成防腐、防爆型。

風機一般用于邊墻壁式排風，配設(shè)45°防雨罩（或特殊制造成60°）和防蟲網(wǎng)（夜間可防止昆蟲循燈光飛入車間）?？砂葱枰瞥蛇厜λ惋L機型號為DWSP(WSP)，配設(shè)90°防雨罩(防風、雨、塵)和防蟲網(wǎng)（夜間可防止昆蟲循燈光飛入車間）。

結(jié)構(gòu)

1、機殼為整體用高強度鋼板沖壓焊接制作，表面噴塑烤漆，外觀大方。耐熱耐潮，經(jīng)久耐用。
2、葉輪為前向多翼圓弧型葉片，與前盤、中盤鉚接而成。其材料選用鍍鋅板精工制作而成，為保證葉輪精度，葉輪的全部零件均用模具一次沖壓成型，組合后再經(jīng)靜、動平衡校正，因此葉輪在運轉(zhuǎn)時振動較小，氣動性能良好，噪聲低，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。
