制冷劑增壓泵系列采用單氣控非平衡氣體分配閥來實現(xiàn)泵的往復(fù)運(yùn)動，全部采用鋁合金及不銹鋼制造。 全部密封均為進(jìn)口優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，大設(shè)計驅(qū)動氣壓均為10bar，為了保證泵的壽命建議驅(qū)動氣壓<8bar。該系列 泵的驅(qū)動活塞直徑為160mm，為單作用泵，所有單作用泵均帶有排氣冷卻。 設(shè)備原理 制冷劑增壓泵采用大面積活塞推動小面積活塞的原理，進(jìn)口驅(qū)動氣體對驅(qū)動活塞施加一個很低的壓力，當(dāng)此壓 力作用于一個很小面積的活塞上時，產(chǎn)生一個被增壓氣體的高壓。通過一個二位四通氣控閥實現(xiàn)驅(qū)動氣體的換 向，設(shè)備能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)連續(xù)進(jìn)行。
