恒壓閥通過壓縮空氣進(jìn)行操作，該閥門的操作不需要管道系統(tǒng)上的其他傳感器或其他的輔助儀器實(shí)現(xiàn)自動操作，而只需要一只壓縮空氣壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥門保持氣壓穩(wěn)定即可實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門正常工作.
●隔膜片和閥桿的配合可對所輸送的產(chǎn)品任何壓力的變化迅速作出反應(yīng)，并相應(yīng)的改變閥桿的位置，以便繼續(xù)保持預(yù)先設(shè)定的壓力值.
●恒壓閥：進(jìn)口壓力保持恒定，在輸送介質(zhì)的壓力高于設(shè)定壓力的情況下閥門開啟，輸送介質(zhì)壓力降低時(shí)流量也隨之變成，輸送介質(zhì)壓力不足時(shí)閥門關(guān)閉。(見圖1)
●恒壓閥：出口壓力保持恒定，當(dāng)輸送的介質(zhì)壓力高于設(shè)定壓力的情況下閥門會關(guān)閉，輸送介質(zhì)壓力降低時(shí)流量也隨之變化，輸送介質(zhì)壓力不足時(shí)閥門開啟。（見圖2）
