閥體采用全水流通道，流量大，阻力小，水損失比旋啟式小50%，在水平或垂直安裝均可，可用于冷水、熱水、工業(yè)及生活污水管網(wǎng)，更適合潛水排污泵，介質(zhì)溫度0-80℃?？砂惭b于水泵出水口處，以防止倒流及水錘對泵損害。
止回閥的啟閉件靠介質(zhì)流動和力量自行開啟或關(guān)閉，以防止介質(zhì)倒流。止回閥一般分為升降式、旋啟式、蝶式及臥式等四種類型，通式升降式止回閥應(yīng)安裝于水平管路上，立式升降式止回閥和底閥一般安裝在垂直管路上，并且介質(zhì)自下而上流動，旋啟式止回閥安裝位置不受限制，通常安裝于水平管路，但也可以安裝于垂直管路或傾料管路上。注意：止回閥只允許介質(zhì)向一個方向流動，應(yīng)特別注意介質(zhì)流動方向，應(yīng)使介質(zhì)正常流動方向與閥體上指示的箭頭方向相*，否則就會截斷介質(zhì)的正常流動。
