高壓旁路調(diào)節(jié)閥工作條件很差,一般都在節(jié)流狀態(tài)下運(yùn)行,溫差應(yīng)力很大,節(jié)流的汽蝕現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,閥門極易損壞。由此可見(jiàn),設(shè)計(jì)制造出性能*、耐汽蝕、強(qiáng)度高、噪聲低、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單可靠的高壓旁路閥非常重要。針對(duì)上述工況要求,對(duì)高壓旁路調(diào)節(jié)閥結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和材料選擇等方面進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,設(shè)計(jì)出新型的高壓旁路閥。其特點(diǎn)是節(jié)流元件采用了多孔套筒結(jié)構(gòu),與閥芯構(gòu)成節(jié)流元件;在閥芯后布置降壓孔板;蒸汽出口設(shè)計(jì)成縮放口;減溫水由外部引入閥體后,通過(guò)多孔管噴出,與高溫蒸汽直接混合來(lái)降低蒸汽溫度;采用這些結(jié)構(gòu)后,使運(yùn)行中汽蝕量大為減輕,延長(zhǎng)了高壓旁路閥的使用壽命;閥座設(shè)計(jì)成可拆卸結(jié)構(gòu),拆裝方便,便于檢修;閥座密封面采用斜面結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)合理,使調(diào)整門密封面的密封達(dá)到很好效果。
【進(jìn)口高壓旁路調(diào)節(jié)閥】特點(diǎn):
蒸汽經(jīng)過(guò)4級(jí)節(jié)流,噪音低。蒸汽先通過(guò)套筒和閥座,壓力降低了一部分。節(jié)流罩下端的噴嘴向上噴出高速冷卻水,冷卻水在節(jié)流罩中心被高壓蒸汽霧化和混合的過(guò)程中,進(jìn)行充分的熱交換,從而使高溫蒸汽再節(jié)流罩內(nèi)完成降溫過(guò)程,然后通過(guò)節(jié)流罩,再通過(guò)兩個(gè)節(jié)流孔板,把蒸汽壓力降低到額定要求,由于蒸汽的減壓減溫都在同一閥體內(nèi)完成,故系統(tǒng)不另設(shè)專門的減溫器。
