鍛鋼止回閥要注意閥體排污和絲堵泄壓?jiǎn)栴}。閥門(mén)試驗(yàn)后，密封腔閥腔內(nèi)氣體和水分因環(huán)境溫度升高而升壓，注脂時(shí)要*行排污泄壓，以利于注脂工作的順利進(jìn)行。注脂后密封腔內(nèi)的空氣和水分被充分置換出來(lái)。及時(shí)泄掉閥腔壓力，也保障了閥門(mén)使用安全。注脂結(jié)束后，一定要擰緊排污和泄壓絲堵，以防意外發(fā)生。注脂時(shí)，要注意出脂均勻的問(wèn)題。正常注脂時(shí)，距離注脂口近的出脂孔先出脂，然后到低點(diǎn)，后是高點(diǎn)，逐次出脂。如果不按規(guī)律或不出脂，證明存在堵塞，及時(shí)進(jìn)行清通處理
