電子式套筒調(diào)節(jié)閥采用套筒導向，壓力平衡型雙密封面、單密封面結(jié)構(gòu)，是一種力平衡型的調(diào)節(jié)閥，閥體結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，流體通道呈S流線型，優(yōu)點為壓降損失小，流通量大，可調(diào)范圍廣，流量特性精度高。調(diào)節(jié)閥配用接收ON-OFF或4-20mADC或1～5V的直流信號進行比例動作的小型、堅固、高精度的執(zhí)行機構(gòu)，更適用于要求動態(tài)穩(wěn)定性好，噪音低，空化/閃蒸等，高低溫，高壓差流體控制條件下使用。電子式電動套筒調(diào)節(jié)閥是由或其它系列電子式一體化(或智能型)電動執(zhí)行機構(gòu)和套筒調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)組成。電子執(zhí)行機構(gòu)內(nèi)有伺服系統(tǒng)，無須另配伺服放大器，有電源及輸入訊號即可控制運轉(zhuǎn)。調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)采用平衡式閥塞結(jié)構(gòu)，具有閥塞穩(wěn)定性能好，不易產(chǎn)生震動，噪音低，對溫度敏感性小，允許使用壓差較大等特點、電動套筒調(diào)節(jié)閥適用于流量大、泄漏量要求不嚴格的場合。套筒調(diào)節(jié)切斷閥若采用了軟密封結(jié)構(gòu)，特別適應于即要求調(diào)節(jié)又要求切斷的場合。
Electronic sleeve regulator adopts sleeve-oriented, pressure-balanced double-sealing surface and single-sealing surface structure. It is a force-balanced regulator with compact body structure and S-streamlined fluid passage. It has the advantages of small pressure drop, large flow, wide adjustable range and high accuracy of flow characteristics. Regulating valves are equipped with small, strong and high precision actuators that receive ON-OFF or 4-20 mADC or 1-5V DC signals for proportional operation. They are more suitable for use under high-low temperature and high-pressure differential fluid control conditions requiring good dynamic stability, low noise, cavitation/flash, etc. The electronic electric sleeve regulating valve is composed of other series of electronic integrated (or intelligent) electric actuators and sleeve regulating mechanisms. There is a servo system in the electronic actuator, which can control the operation without additional servo amplifier and power supply and input signal. The regulating mechanism adopts balanced plug structure, which has the characteristics of good plug stability, low vibration, low noise, low sensitivity to temperature and large allowable pressure difference. The electric sleeve regulating valve is suitable for situations with large flow rate and low leakage requirement. If the sleeve regulating shutoff valve adopts soft sealing structure, it is especially suitable for the occasion where both regulation and shutoff are required.
