【進口低溫減壓閥】安裝說明：
1：閥門或管件法蘭蓋板不能隨意拆開，除非已經(jīng)準備和管路連接，否則ptte法蘭面可能因為溫差、異物刮傷或扭曲變形而影響密封性能，如因檢測需求移動蓋板，也必須在檢測后迅速將蓋板復位，以保護ptfe法蘭面。
2：如果在系統(tǒng)使用中，如在較低的溫度下發(fā)生泄漏，應首先將系統(tǒng)溫度降低至室溫后，再查明原因，進行維修工作。
3：不允許在冷門用管道上進行任何高溫焊接工作，以免造成閥門*損害。
4;安裝時，法蘭螺母應當按照對角線方向一次均勻旋緊，并配以適當力拒：
（1） 若法蘭密封面發(fā)生泄漏，并且泄漏位置螺母已經(jīng)緊鎖，此時應當放松泄漏位置螺母半圈，再將其對側以同樣力拒再次鎖緊。
（2） 若上述方法仍未止漏時，應該檢查ptfe法蘭面是否有凹凸壓痕、劃傷，屆時可用細紗布、砂紙予以整平，重新連接。
5閥門與管件應存放于干燥通風的室內，嚴禁堆疊放置。
6手動操作時，不允許借助其他杠桿加力強行開、關閥門。
