進口倒置桶式蒸汽疏水閥利用冷凝水和蒸汽的密度差的工作原理，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)是由杠桿系統(tǒng)連接倒吊桶，克服蒸汽壓力開關(guān)，倒吊桶式疏水閥內(nèi)部是一個倒吊桶為液位敏感件，倒吊桶開口向下。裝置剛起動時，管道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)空氣和低溫冷凝水，此時疏水閥是全開放，空氣和低溫冷凝水迅速排出，裝置很快提升溫度。當蒸汽進入倒吊桶內(nèi)，倒吊桶產(chǎn)生向上浮力，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥心關(guān)閉閥門。倒吊桶上開有一小孔，能自動排空氣，當一部份蒸汽從小孔排出，另一部份蒸汽產(chǎn)生凝結(jié)水，倒吊桶失去浮力向下沉，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥心開啟閥門。當蒸汽再進入倒吊桶內(nèi)，閥門再關(guān)閉，循環(huán)工作，間斷排水。用于石油、化工、電力、紡織印染、醫(yī)療、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)的各種蒸汽加熱設(shè)備、蒸汽管網(wǎng)和低過熱蒸汽工況。它能迅速地排除凝結(jié)水，有效地阻止蒸汽泄漏。
