閘閥有三種閥蓋設(shè)計(jì)形式.*種是螺栓式閥蓋,按這種設(shè)計(jì)形式設(shè)計(jì)的閥門(mén),其閥體與閥蓋用螺栓螺母連接,纏繞式墊片(316夾柔性石墨制造)/金屬密封環(huán)(中高壓時(shí)使用)密封.客戶有特殊要求時(shí)也可采用金屬環(huán)連接.第二種設(shè)計(jì)形式是焊接式閥蓋,按這種設(shè)計(jì)形式的閥門(mén),其閥體與閥蓋用螺紋連接,全焊密封.客戶有特殊要求時(shí)也可采用透焊連接.第三種是自密封閥蓋,按這種設(shè)計(jì)形式設(shè)計(jì)的閥門(mén),其閥體與閥蓋用螺紋連接,內(nèi)壓自密環(huán)密封.
壓力自密封閘閥是利用介質(zhì)本身的壓力來(lái)達(dá)到密封的目的，壓力愈大，產(chǎn)生的密封力亦愈大，密封亦就愈可靠。閥蓋的外徑上具有光滑錐面，錐面上緊貼著自緊密封圈，密封圈的外徑與閥體緊貼。壓力自密封應(yīng)有足夠的預(yù)緊力，以便當(dāng)閥內(nèi)壓力不高時(shí)，亦能達(dá)到密封。這個(gè)預(yù)緊力可由擰緊支承壓蓋的螺紋來(lái)產(chǎn)生，亦可采用幾個(gè)螺栓的結(jié)構(gòu)。

The outer diameter of the sealing ring is close to the valve body. Pressure self-sealing should have sufficient pre-tightening force, so that when the pressure inside the valve is not high, the sealing can also be achieved. This pre-tightening force can be generated by tightening the threads of the supporting cover or by using several bolts.
