滾揉機(jī)在食品加工中發(fā)揮著重要的作用.滾揉機(jī)的應(yīng)用在食品加工制造行業(yè)有突出的效果,能夠很大限度的提高的生產(chǎn)效率.選購(gòu)合適的滾揉機(jī)是食品加工企業(yè)提高效率的基礎(chǔ),滾揉機(jī)由多部分組成,好的滾揉機(jī)全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的不銹鋼制作而成,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程不會(huì)產(chǎn)生金屬秀污染,而且耐腐蝕.滾揉機(jī)有比較好的操作系統(tǒng),內(nèi)料在滾筒內(nèi)翻動(dòng)的時(shí)候,滾筒中的肉均勻的吸收腌漬,提高了肉的連接力和肉質(zhì)的彈性.我廠生產(chǎn)的滾揉機(jī)具有肺呼吸功能.采用了比較*的制造技術(shù)和材料.具有變頻、自動(dòng)化、轉(zhuǎn)速可調(diào)的有點(diǎn)。桶內(nèi)采用真空設(shè)置，肉料在真空設(shè)備中反轉(zhuǎn)按壓。漿葉為V型結(jié)構(gòu)。在肉的攪拌處理過(guò)程中，能有效的縮短滾滾揉時(shí)間，提高了效率。

一、裝料:

蓋上筒蓋，把吸料軟管旋入吸料接頭。然后按下吸料按鈕開(kāi)始吸料。吸料完畢，按下吸料停止按鈕，旋下吸料接頭，換上悶蓋，即完成了裝料工序。

二、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn):

根據(jù)產(chǎn)品工藝，在人機(jī)界面上設(shè)置工藝參數(shù)，每個(gè)產(chǎn)品的工藝參數(shù)包括有總滾揉時(shí)間、正轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間、反轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間、暫停時(shí)間、滾揉方式、滾揉速度、*次加輔料時(shí)間、第二次加輔料時(shí)間、滾揉結(jié)束靜置時(shí)間共九種。有的(0~29) 共30種程序(即30種產(chǎn)品的工藝參數(shù))可以記憶。

當(dāng)設(shè)定滾揉方式為呼吸滾揉時(shí)，滾揉機(jī)將:在真空狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行正轉(zhuǎn)和反轉(zhuǎn)，在常壓狀態(tài)下暫停。即:啟動(dòng)→正轉(zhuǎn)(抽真空至設(shè)定真空度，并保持)→暫停(放真空，保持常壓至?xí)和Ｍ?→反轉(zhuǎn)(抽真空至設(shè)定真空度，并保持)→暫停(放真空，保持常壓至?xí)和Ｍ?→正轉(zhuǎn)(抽真空至設(shè)定真空度，并保持)→暫停(放真空，保持常壓至?xí)和Ｍ?……到達(dá)*、二次加輔料時(shí)間后暫停，同時(shí)報(bào)警信號(hào)燈亮，當(dāng)工人加完料蓋好悶蓋后按下加料結(jié)束按鈕以使?jié)L揉機(jī)接續(xù)運(yùn)行直至滾揉總時(shí)間到。

當(dāng)設(shè)定滾揉方式為常壓滾揉時(shí)，滾揉機(jī)將在常壓狀態(tài)下:啟動(dòng)→正轉(zhuǎn)→暫停→反轉(zhuǎn)→暫停→正轉(zhuǎn)→……到達(dá)*、二次加輔料時(shí)間后暫停，同時(shí)報(bào)警信號(hào)燈亮，當(dāng)工人加完料蓋好悶蓋后按下加料結(jié)束按鈕以使?jié)L揉機(jī)接續(xù)運(yùn)行直至總時(shí)間結(jié)束。

此外，本機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置選用了變頻調(diào)速，用戶可根據(jù)需要隨時(shí)在快速(12轉(zhuǎn)/分)與慢速(1轉(zhuǎn)/分)之間進(jìn)行無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)。

三、卸料

滾揉總時(shí)間到后,滾筒將會(huì)自動(dòng)停止,并保持筒內(nèi)為真空狀態(tài)并繼續(xù)計(jì)時(shí)，直至設(shè)定的靜置時(shí)間到，發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)，提示操作人員可以開(kāi)蓋取出桶內(nèi)的物料。此時(shí)按下消真空按鈕就可消除真空，這時(shí)可卸掉筒蓋,接著按下卸料按鈕,滾筒即按出料運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方向(順時(shí)針?lè)较?旋轉(zhuǎn),從而將肉料自行送出,落入接在筒口下面的肉車等容器內(nèi),完成了整個(gè)工藝流程。
