NanoCulture Plate 以其*的納米印記技術(shù)，為細(xì)胞提供三維生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境，促進(jìn)細(xì)胞與細(xì)胞之間的成團(tuán)，減少細(xì)胞與容器間的貼壁結(jié)合，有利于保持細(xì)胞的體內(nèi)狀態(tài)，在形態(tài)、增殖、基因表達(dá)、代謝及功能等特性上與體內(nèi)細(xì)胞更加接近。
NanoCulture Plate 的主要應(yīng)用：
（1）輔助藥物候選物的篩選，尤其是抗癌藥物的細(xì)胞水平的篩選；三維細(xì)胞球體藥物測(cè)試結(jié)果能更可靠的預(yù)測(cè)藥物體內(nèi)測(cè)試
結(jié)果。
（2）建立有效可靠的細(xì)胞模型，進(jìn)行體外的藥物毒性、代謝測(cè)試以及藥效測(cè)定。
（3）有效促進(jìn)干細(xì)胞的分化，提高干細(xì)胞分化效率
（4）RNAi篩查
（5）細(xì)胞信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)、細(xì)胞相互作用研究，生物標(biāo)記的發(fā)現(xiàn)。
NanoCulture Plate 的特點(diǎn)
（1）孔板底部為印有納米纖維的薄膜，具備良好的透光性，三維培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中不需要添加任何干擾光線的成分，可進(jìn)行清晰的
細(xì)胞成像及高靈敏的熒光測(cè)定。
（2）純化學(xué)聚合物材料，不含任何蛋白或動(dòng)物源成分，具備良好的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性，可常溫儲(chǔ)存和運(yùn)輸。
（3） 操作方面與常規(guī)二維細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)一樣簡(jiǎn)便，易于操作和掌握，提高了實(shí)驗(yàn)的可重復(fù)性。
（4） 所有的細(xì)胞球體分布在同一水平高度，可同一焦距觀察所有的孔，因此可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化的高通量篩選。
