上海“雄厚”集多年的經(jīng)驗生產(chǎn)出的第五代GD系列全自動PLC控制真空薄膜連續(xù)熬糖棒棒糖澆注成型生產(chǎn)線是目前國內(nèi)*的澆注棒棒糖糖生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。該生產(chǎn)線機、電、氣控制于一體，結(jié)構(gòu)合理緊湊，具有較高的自動化程度；生產(chǎn)效率高，該生產(chǎn)線能生產(chǎn)單色、雙色、噴花、夾心等硬糖及棒棒糖 。
由該生產(chǎn)線機組生產(chǎn)的糖果具有晶瑩光滑、噴花條紋清晰、澆注位置準確穩(wěn)定、口感良好等特點。整條生產(chǎn)線按食品GMP標準制造，符合食品GMP衛(wèi)生要求，使食品企業(yè)容易通過食品GMP, HACCP等專業(yè)認證。
制作工藝流程：
夾層鍋溶糖→齒輪泵輸糖→儲糖罐貯存→糖漿定量輸送→糖漿預(yù)熱→薄膜熬煮→真空作用→卸料泵出糖膏→混合器將香精色素與糖漿混合→混合好的糖膏進入料斗→澆注成型→自動插棒→進冷卻隧道冷卻→脫模包裝→成品
