摘要：過(guò)程控制的三大系統(tǒng)，PLC,DCS,FCS,它們?cè)诠I(yè)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線中都能夠非常好的滿足生產(chǎn)需要，成為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)*的技術(shù)。

PLC

　　(1)從開(kāi)關(guān)量控制發(fā)展到順序控制、運(yùn)送處理，是從下往上的。

　　(2)連續(xù)PID控制等多功能，PID在中斷站中。

　　(3)可用一臺(tái)PC機(jī)為主站，多臺(tái)同型PLC為從站。

　　(4)也可一臺(tái)PLC為主站，多臺(tái)同型PLC為從站，構(gòu)成PLC網(wǎng)絡(luò)。這比用PC機(jī)作主站方便之處是：有用戶編程時(shí)，不必知道通信協(xié)議，只要按說(shuō)明書(shū)格式寫就行。

　　(5)PLC網(wǎng)格既可作為獨(dú)立DCS/TDCS，也可作為DCS/TDCS的子系統(tǒng)。

　　(6)大系統(tǒng)同DCS/TDCS，如TDC3000、CENTUMCS、WDPFI、MOD300。

　　(7)PLC網(wǎng)絡(luò)如Siemens公司的SINEC—L1、SINEC—H1、S4、S5、S6、S7等，GE公司的GENET、三菱公司的MELSEC—NET、MELSEC—NET/MINI。

　　(8)主要用于工業(yè)過(guò)程中的順序控制，新型PLC也兼有閉環(huán)控制功能。

　　(9)制造商：GOULD(美)、AB(美)、GE(美)、OMRON(日)、MITSUBISHI(日)、Siemens(德)等。
