液體包裝機(jī)用途：該機(jī)適用于醫(yī)藥，食品，日化等行業(yè)中的液體物料并有計(jì)量要求的中小袋四邊封包裝，如洗發(fā)水，棒棒冰，酒，醬油，醋，醫(yī)藥劑水，化工水劑等。
Usage: Machine is suitable for packing liquid material in the medicine, food, and daily chemical industries, and automatic packing into sachets with measuring requirement. Such as shampoo, ice lolly, wine, soy sauce, vinegar, medicine water, chemical agent water and so on.
液體包裝機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
- 性能*，強(qiáng)度高，噪聲低，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。放膜機(jī)械可成水平90°旋轉(zhuǎn)并增設(shè)了接膜機(jī)械，使換接膜與維修更加方便。
- 采用五伺服同步驅(qū)動(dòng)，人機(jī)界面上觸摸調(diào)整，通過(guò)PLC控制，使各執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)能精確自動(dòng)同步定位。
- 自動(dòng)化程度高，本機(jī)從縱封，縱切，橫封，充填裝料，打碼，切易撕口，切虛線，橫切，直至成品袋輸出能一次性完成。
- 采用高精度整體碾壓式熱封輥，作為封合模具。四邊封口，多列袋形式。包裝速度快，且袋形平整，精致美觀，包裝效率高。
- 調(diào)整快捷方便，不需要更換模具就可以進(jìn)行袋長(zhǎng)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)整。且縱封，橫封，充填料，打批號(hào)，切虛線，橫切等執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)均可通過(guò)人機(jī)界面進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
- 灌裝計(jì)量精確，針對(duì)液體物料專門配以離心式液體泵加料，計(jì)量控制采用高精度電磁閥，每閥配有瞬間大流量穩(wěn)壓裝置，使每列袋都能獨(dú)立方便地進(jìn)行精細(xì)準(zhǔn)確計(jì)量調(diào)整。
- 采用光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)，保證了包裝袋雙面圖案自動(dòng)對(duì)版，并具有自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)功能。
- 本機(jī)型特增設(shè)了行膜自動(dòng)糾偏與行膜阻尼機(jī)構(gòu)，保證行膜的直線度與張緊度的穩(wěn)定性，從而大大提高了袋形的平整與美觀程度。
- 對(duì)包材適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，本機(jī)封合溫度具有自動(dòng)控制功能，且控制精度高（±1℃左右）。可適應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)外生產(chǎn)的多種包裝薄膜，如PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE等。
- 可適當(dāng)增設(shè)附加功能，如袋切斷可選配虛刀，平刀，甚至異型刀，及選配各種報(bào)警要求等。
Characteristic:
- Advanced performance, high power, low noise, compact structure, operate steadily, easy to maintain, and has a long life span. Film sending mechanism can rotate with 90°in level, and add with film contacting mechanism, which make film change and maintain easier.
- Adopt five shaft servo motor in step driver, man-machine interface touch adjustment, controlled by PLC, it is precise in automatic in step positioning.
- A high degree of automation, machine can finish packing at one time from longitudinal sealing, longitudinal cutting, transverse sealing, filling, embossing, notch cutting, cutting dotted line cutting, and transverse cutting to outputting finished sachets.
- High precision whole rolling type heat sealing rollers are adopted as sealing mould, four side sealing, and multi-lane sachet form. With high packing speed, smooth bag shape, delicate and beautiful, packing and high efficiency.
- Easy and fast to adjust, it can step-less adjust pouch length without changing the mould. And can adjust the functions as longitudinal sealing, transverse sealing, filling, embossing, Dotted line cutting, and transverse cutting through man-machine interface.
- Accurate in measurement. Regarding to liquid material, specially designed of centrifugal liquid pump of feeding, measuring control adopt high precise electro-magnetic valve, each valve match with voltage regular, each line’s dosage can be adjusted easily and accuray.
- Photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure correct printing and with automatic counting function.
- The machine with film automatic correction and film damping mechanism, to ensure the straightness and tension stability of film, and make the pouch more smooth and beautiful.
- Adaptability of the package film, the sealing temperature of machine is with automatic control, and has high control accuracy(±1℃). Suitable for most complex film packing film: such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE and so on.
- Extra functions set up, for example, sachet cutting can choose dotted line knife or flat cutting knife, abnormal shape knife etc, and can choose different kinds of alarm requirement.
